RELEASE OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2021

Shareholders are referred to the Trading Statement released by the Company on 13
May 2021 in terms of which shareholders were advised that the Company intends to
release the financial results for the year ended 28 February 2021 (“FY results”), on or
about 25 May 2021.

As a result of the year end processes taking longer than anticipated, the Company has
deferred the release of the FY results. A date for the release of the FY results will be
communicated in due course.
