ISSUE OF IBL163 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL163 NOTES”)
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R400 000 000 (Four
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL163), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 17 March 2021, as amended from time to time.
The IBL163 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 13 April 2021
with effect from commencement of trade.
