CLARIFICATION - FURTHER DISCLOSURES RELATING TO THE DELAY IN THE RELEASE OF TCTA’S 2018/19 ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS This is a clarification of information that may have caused confusion in TCTA’s SENS Announcements of 11 November 2019 titled: Further Disclosures Relating to the Delay in the Release of TCTA’s 2018/19 Annual Financial Statements. Clarification: As stated in TCTA’s SENS announcements of 2 October 2019 (titled: Update on the Delay in Release of TCTA’s 2018/19 Annual Financial Statements); and 31 October 2019 (titled: Further Update on the Delay in the Release of TCTA’s 2018/19 Annual Financial Statements) – but omitted in 11 November 2019: TCTA has engaged lenders and continues to do so on the AFS delay both to seek the necessary waivers, and to address their concerns. To date, no lender has declared any dispute with TCTA regarding the matter. TCTA will update Noteholders promptly when there are further developments regarding the matter.
