Jpm002 Credit Event Notice-Thomas Cook Group Plc


Noteholders are advised of the Failure to Pay Credit Event which
occurred in relation to the Thomas Cook Group Plc being a reference
entity under the JPM002 note.

Noteholders are also advised that the Thomas Cook default will not
impact the number of securities outhandling, however the redemption
value at maturity will be reduced, as well as the coupon amounts
going forward.

Further information in this regard will be published in due course.
