NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDIT FIRM

During June 2017, the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors published a rule prescribing that auditors
of public interest entities in South Africa must comply with mandatory audit firm rotation, whereby audit
firms shall not serve as the appointed auditor of a public interest entity for more than 10 consecutive
years, with effect from 1 April 2023.

Given the aforementioned, KPMG Inc. has rotated off the Company’s audits with effect from 10 May 2019.
Accordingly, debtholders are advised that Ernst & Young Incorporated, with Mr Kubenderan Moodley as
the designated registered audit partner, has been nominated as Ndala’s auditor, effective 17 July 2019.
