AMENDMENTS TO RDFC48 APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENT


Noteholders are advised that Redefine has issued R250,000,000 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate
Listed Notes with Stock Code RDFC48, due 4 June 2020, on terms set out in an Applicable
Pricing Supplement dated 3 June 2019 (the "Applicable Pricing Supplement") under its
R30,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme pursuant to its Programme
Memorandum dated 23 August 2018, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Noteholders are further advised that the Applicable Pricing Supplement has been amended by the
replacement of paragraphs 4 to 7 and paragraph 37 with the information set out below:
