AVAILABILITY OF THE INTERIM RESULTS
MMI Group Limited, a subsidiary of MMI Holdings Limited, wishes to advise bondholders that the interim
results of the Issuer of the ZAR 5,000,000,000 Unsecured Subordinated Callable Note Programme dated 05
March 2014, for the period ended 31 December 2017, are available for inspection at the registered office
of the Issuer.
The interim results have also been made available on MMI’s website at
http://www.mmiholdings.co.za/en/investor-relations/note-programme
Further to the above, bondholders are hereby advised of the following restatements to the previously
published annual financial statements.
The segmental report has been restated due to minor amendments to the operating model resulting in
changes to the way in which management views operating segments.
The restatements relate to:
- reallocating the Small Schemes business from Momentum Retail to Momentum Corporate where it is
managed; and
- reallocating some Shareholder reserves to Momentum Retail as all the reserves are managed in
segments rather than at the centre.
The restatements were done to provide more useful information to users.
