CONFERENCE CALL AND NOTICE OF MEETING FOR CLASS C NOTEHOLDERS OF MMELA MOBILITY FINANCE (RF) LIMITED
1. The holders of the Class C Notes of the Company, holding Class C Notes issued by the Company under the Issuer's ZAR3,000,000,000 Asset-Backed Note Programme
("the Programme"), established pursuant to a programme memorandum dated 28 June 2017, are hereby invited to participate in a meeting (either in attendance or
via conference call) where the Issuer will take Noteholders through the recent notice issued by Mmela Mobility Finance Security SPV (RF) Limited ("the Security SPV")
to the Servicer, and further to provide a status and impact update on the origination volumes of the Originator to date.
2. The conference call is scheduled as follows:

4. By completing the Meeting Notice annexed hereto as Schedule 1 and delivering the same to the registered office of the relevant CSD Participant that provided the
Noteholder with the Meeting Notice, and providing a copy thereof to Nedbank Limited, the CSD Participant of the Issuer, and the Security SPV, in the manner set out in
Schedule 1, by no later than 17:00 on Monday, 11 December 2017, the relevant CSD Participant will then notify Strate Limited of the total number of Meeting Notices
received of participation in the meeting, either in attendance or via conference call, and agreeing to the attendance to the proposed meeting.
5. This Notice is being delivered to the JSE in accordance Condition 16 (Notices) of the Terms and Conditions.
6. Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice and not otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms and expressions in the
Programme Memorandum.

A We refer to the Notice of request to participate in a meeting of the Class C noteholders ("the Meeting Request").
B Defined terms used in this meeting notice ("Meeting Notice") shall have the meanings given to them in the Meeting Request unless otherwise indicated.

NOTES
This Meeting Notice must be lodged with the relevant CSD Participant of each Class C Noteholder (that provided the said Class C Noteholder with the Meeting Notice),
as follows:
1. in respect of the relevant CSD Participant, either the original form may be lodged at the registered address of such CSD Participant or a copy of the form may be
faxed to such CSD Participant (with the original to follow shortly thereafter); and
2. on receipt of this Meeting Notice, the relevant CSD Participant must then notify Strate Limited of the total number of Meeting Acceptances received, of both
in attendance and via conference call, of the proposed meeting by e-mail to Strate-CDAdmin@strate.co.za by no later than 17:00 on Monday, 11 December 2017; and
3. a copy of the form must be emailed to Quintonby@nedbank.co.za and to kurt@quadridge.co.za by no later than 17:00 on Monday, 11 December 2017.
