Renewal of cautionary announcement and additional cautionary announcement
Sacoven Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary announcements dated
15 October 2015 and 23 November 2015 (“Cautionary Announcements”), whereby
Shareholders were advised that the Company is in discussions with respect to the potential
acquisition of a Fast Moving Consumer Goods business located in Africa, where such
acquisition will only be capable of implementation during the first half of 2016. Shareholders
are advised that the negotiations referred to in the Cautionary Announcements are on-going
and, as such, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until a full
announcement is made.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company also has entered into negotiations in
respect of a different transaction which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect
on the price of the Company’s securities. Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made in
this regard.
