AMENDMENT: EARLY REDEMPTION AMOUNT PAYABLE UNDER THE IV017, IV019, IV19A, IV030 AND IV030A
NOTES ISSUED BY INVESTEC BANK LIMITED

INVESTEC BANK LIMITED has issued the following IV017, IV019, IV19A, IV030 and IV030A listed Notes to
Noteholders under its Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated 12 February 2003.

Investec Bank Limited wishes to amend the Early Redemption Price, payable in respect of the Notes on an Optional
Redemption Date as set out in the letters sent to the Noteholders.

The registrar and the JSE Limited have approved the proposed amendments to the terms of the Notes, provided
that Investec also obtains the Noteholders consent by no later than 23 October 2015.




The note will be immobilised in the Central Securities Depository (“CSD”) and settlement will take place
