the option expiry on 30 September 2015.

On Expiry Date, the Strike Price of the Put exceeded the Final Reference Price and hence, the Put Option was
automatically exercised. The Holders have sold the Holder Underlying Securities to the Issuer, and the Put Strike Price
will automatically accrue to the Holder via instruction through STRATE on 12 October 2015.
