DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN THE HOLDING OF MONTAUK SHARES

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
2008, shareholders are advised that the company has received notification of the following changes
in shareholding:

   -   Majorshelf 183 Proprietary Limited has notified the Company that it has acquired an
       additional 8.21% beneficial interest in the Company, which has increased its beneficial
       interest in Montauk from 1.20% to 9.41%; and

   -   Circumference Investments Proprietary Limited has notified the Company that it has
       acquired an additional 9.46% beneficial interest in the Company, which has increased its
       beneficial interest in Montauk from 1.10% to 10.56%; and

   -   Nport Investments Holdings Proprietary Limited has notified the Company that it has
       acquired an additional 5.44% beneficial interest in the Company, which has increased its
       beneficial interest in Montauk from 0.00% to 5.44%; and

   -   Rivetprops 47 Proprietary Limited has notified the Company that it has acquired an
       additional 15.06% beneficial interest in the Company, which has increased its beneficial
       interest in Montauk from 3.62% to 18.68%.
