ADJOURNMENT OF THE GENERAL MEETING

As a result of shareholders of the Company having requested additional time to consider the merits of
the proposed BEE Transaction which was the subject matter of the general meeting of the Company
held at 08h00 today, the shareholders of the Company, who were present at the general meeting and
entitled to vote, voted in favour of adjourning the general meeting. The adjourned general meeting will
                                                              
take place at 08:00 on Tuesday, 15 October 2013, at 188 14th Road, Noordwyk, Midrand, Gauteng.

The following revised dates are applicable:


 Last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend and vote at           Friday, 27 September 2013

 Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to               Friday, 4 October 2013
 attend and vote at the general meeting

 Forms of proxy to be lodged by 08:00 on                                   Friday, 11 October 2013
