Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 30
January 2012 and 12 March 2012 are advised that New Corpcapital is still in     
negotiations with Sable Platinum Holdings (Pty) Limited ("Sable") and its       
shareholders regarding the proposed transaction (detailed in the announcement   
dated 30 January 2012). Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to    
exercise caution when dealing in New Corpcapital`s securities until a full      
announcement is made.
