Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting ("the meeting")    
of Cipla Medpro shareholders held today, all the resolutions were passed by     
the requisite majority of shareholders present and represented by proxy.        
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and  
Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course.
