CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PFM                                        
In compliance with sections 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, unitholders are advised that Tracey Lee Visser has been appointed as an
executive director to the board of PFM with immediate effect. Unitholders are   
further advised that Guilleame Ernst Paul Pretorius has been appointed as       
alternate director to Craig Hallowes and that Charles Ryan has resigned as such 
with immediate effect.
