CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES

Further to the SENS published on 9 April 2025, and in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination
Committee, has approved the following changes:

Lead Independent Director

With effect from 31 July 2025, Ms. Anneke Andrews has been appointed as the Lead
Independent Director, a position left vacant when JP Landman was appointed as the Chairman
of the Board.

Remuneration Committee

With effect from 31 July 2025, Mr. Tertius Carstens has been appointed as a Member of the
Remuneration Committee.

Nominations Committee

With effect from 31 July 2025, Ms. Anneke Andrews has been appointed as a Member of the
Nominations Committee.

Investment Committee

With effect from 31 July 2025, Mr. Tertius Carstens has been appointed as a Member of the
Investment Committee, replacing Ms. Anneke Andrews who steps down with effect from the
same date.

Accordingly, post these changes, the composition of the committees will be as follows:
