WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 19 May
2025, regarding firm intention letter ("FIL") from a potential offeror expressing a firm
intention to make an offer to acquire all of the issued ordinary shares in the Company,
excluding those held by the offeror and its concert parties, which may result in the
delisting of the Company from the main board of the JSE Limited ("the Transaction").

Details of the Transaction were disclosed on the firm intention announcement released
on SENS on 23 May 2025 and an update to such announcement was made on 18 June
2025. Further to the abovementioned update announcement, a circular with full detail
of the Transaction will be made available to shareholders in due course.

Accordingly, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing
in the Company's securities.
