Noteholders are advised that Bayport Securitisation has published its annual financial statements for the year 
ended 31 December 2024 (the "AFS") on the Issuer's website.

Noteholders are also advised that the Issuer's audit reports were unqualified with no modifications and that 
there were no restatements of the previous year's annual financial statements.
