New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL305
Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of R480,600,000 (four
hundred and eight million six hundred thousand Rand) Senior Unsecured Floating Rate
Notes (stock code IBL305), under Investec Bank Limited's Domestic Medium Term Note and
Preference Share Programme dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL305 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
12 September 2024 with effect from commencement of trade.
