Appointment Of Chief Executive

In accordance with rule 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Noteholders are hereby advised
that the board tenure for the following directors has been extended to 31 December 2023:

1.     Mr. Herbert Maier - Independent Non-Executive Director;
2.     Ms. Natasha Bassingthwaighte - Independent Non-Executive Director.

The extension is in line with the Company’s transitionary board succession plan and to further ensure
sufficient handover to the new Board members.

Noteholders are further informed of the retirement of Ms. Birgit Rossouw as Independent Non-
Executive Director effective 30 September 2023.
