Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the renewable energy-focused development company
announces that Louis Scheepers, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, and a Person Discharging
Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) under the Company’s Share Dealing Policy Code has traded Kibo
shares on Friday, Aug 4, 2023. (the “Share Trade”) Mr. Scheepers has obtained consent from the
Company for the Share Trade and has notified the FCA in the prescribed manner. The details of the
