Notification of appointment of a director
In compliance with paragraphs 6.39 and 6.40 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Transsec 5 (RF) Limited (“the Board”) hereby notifies the Noteholders of
the resignation of Marc Hearn as a director of the Company with effect from 14 April 2023.
Accordingly, Sara Olivier’s capacity on the Board shall change from alternate director to director of
the Company with effect from the same date.
The Board further confirms that Tamryn van Tonder is appointed as an alternate director of the
Company with effect from 14 April 2023.
Sara qualified as a CA (SA) in 2009 and started her career with EY. As a Senior Manager, she
managed large, listed clients where she gained vast experience in technical accounting,
consolidations, acquisitions, disposals and debt/equity raisings and excelled as a team leader. Sara
joined SA Taxi in 2015, and she is currently the SA Taxi group CFO. Drawing on her experience
garnered in the financial industry over the past 14 years, Sara continues to apply her strong
leadership and technical abilities at SA Taxi and strives for operational excellence within her team
and the broader organisation.
Tamryn qualified as a CA(SA) in 2014. She has extensive experience in financial services, having
served articles in Deloitte’s financial services division, together with 8 years of strategic and
operational finance and tax experience in various senior management roles, predominantly within
the SA Taxi Group. Tamryn joined SA Taxi in 2016 to build up the Tax function and is currently the
SA Taxi Group Head of Finance. She is a collaborative and technically proficient leader with a core
focus on strategic and operational finance, technical accounting, tax, as well as structuring and
transactions within the SA Taxi Group.

The Board welcomes Sara as she joins the current Board of Directors Bongiwe, Nicholas and
Richard, and Tamryn as she joins the current alternate director Rozanne. The Board looks forward
to benefiting from their collective expertise in their respective roles.
