             AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF IMBIIE AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 13 MARCH 2023

automatic Exercise on 13 March 2023 (see the related securities above).

On 13 March 2023 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 13 March 2023. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as
follows:
