EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RELEASE FINANCIAL RESULTS

UPDATE ON FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The Board would like to apprise its shareholders and the general public that the Company will publish its
abridged consolidated audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2022 and for
the quarter ended 31 May 2022 by 30 September 2022.

The Company has obtained the formal approval of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (the “SEM”) to
delay the publication of its abridged consolidated audited financial statements as well as the quarterly
abridged unaudited consolidated financial statements as stated above.
