         AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF FTSIIE AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 01 NOVEMBER 2021

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby notifies Holders of the automatic
Exercise on 01 November 2021 (see the related securities above).

On 01 November 2021 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for early exercise were met, therefore the
Autocalls were automatically Exercised and expired on 01 November 2021. The Holders are entitled to a Cash
Settlement Amount determined as follows:
