Blue Label shareholders are advised that Cell C Proprietary Limited, of which Blue
Label holds a 45% stake, will host a webcast to present their annual results for the
2020 financial year.

Cell C CEO, Douglas Craigie Stevenson and CFO, Zaf Mahomed will present an
update on Cell C’s financial performance for the twelve months ended 31 December
2020.
