Dissenting shareholders meeting

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 1 December 2020 regarding
the proposed engagement with dissenting shareholders who voted against the
remuneration policy and the postponement thereof dated 4 December 2020.

Brikor invites those dissenting shareholders who voted against the remuneration
policy to engage with the Company as follows:

1)    a telephone conference has been arranged for Thursday, 18 February 2021 at
      09:00 (SA time);

2)    all dissenting shareholders should confirm their participation with the
      company secretary at e-mail: melinda@fusioncorp.co.za by no later than close
      of business on Wednesday, 17 February 2021. Dial-in details for the telephone
      conference will then be provided; and

3)   dissenting shareholders are further invited to forward their written
     concerns/questions on the remuneration policy to the company secretary by
     close of business on Wednesday, 17 February 2021.
