ISSUE OF IBL155 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL155 NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R250 000 000 (Two
Hundred and Fifty Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL155),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL155 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 19 January 2021
with effect from commencement of trade.
