AMENDMENTS TO THE KAP INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED INFORMATION STATEMENT IN
RESPECT OF THE ZAR10,000,000,000 DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME

Noteholders are advised that KAP Industrial Holdings Limited (the “Issuer”) has amended and restated
the information statement in respect of the ZAR10,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme (the “Information Statement”) to incorporate the Issuer’s business and risk factors
sections and to incorporate various regulatory amendments and in order to align the Information
Statement with the most recent JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements.

The amendments to the Information Statement primarily relate to updates of the following sections:

1. Material Risks relating to the Issuer’s Business
2. Review of Operations/Description of Business
3. Management Strategy
4. Board of Directors and Debt Officer
5. Corporate Governance
6. Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
7. Corporate Information
