NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC
EMPOWERMENT ACT: ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
1) Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Integrated Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that MEDR’s Integrated Annual Report for the four years ended 29
February 2020 has been published and is available on the company’s website

Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting ('AGM') of MEDR shareholders will
be held by way of electronic communication at 10:00 (SA time) on Tuesday, 12 January 2021.
Shareholders registered as such on Thursday, 31 December 2020 will be entitled to virtually
attend and vote at this AGM. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be able to participate
and vote at the AGM is Monday, 28 December 2020. The record date for shareholders to be
entitled to receive notice of this meeting is Friday, 27 November 2020.
2) Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (“The Act”): Annual compliance report
In accordance with paragraph 16.20 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listing
Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms
of section 13G(2) of the Act has been published and is available on the Company’s website at
www.medr.co.za.
