UNAUDITED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2020

—   Revenue increased by R269 000 to R62 326 000
—   Profit after tax increased by R1 184 000 to R1 061 000
—   EPS has increased by 14,54 cents per share to 13,03 cents per share
—   HEPS increased by 14,45 cents per share to 12,94 cents per share
—   NAV increased by 54,78 cents per share to 597,69 cents per share

Spanjaard Limited, a leading and proudly South African manufacturer of special lubricants and
allied chemical products in the Automotive, Household, Industrial and Mining, Outdoor and
Leisure, Marine, Motorcycle, Food Grade, Non-Flammable Aerosols and Food markets, released its
results for the six months ended 31 August 2020.
