APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGE TO CLASSIFICATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Ms Julia Makhubela has
been appointed as independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1
October 2020.
Julia has a diploma in advertising obtained from Varsity College and have various certificates
in coaching. She began her career at a Wireless Application Service Provider (“WASP”) start-
up that specialised in mobile technology, where she worked as a business development
manager and mobile strategist.
Julia is an experienced project lead and strategist who has launched CRM programmes,
developed digital native products and platforms, managed JSE listed companies’ online
reputation as well as their digital advertising campaigns.
The Board welcomes Julia and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
The board hereby advises shareholders that Mr Hasheel Govind is classified as an
independent non-executive director.
