APPOINTMENT OF CFO AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF BNPP PF SOUTH AFRICA
Noteholders are advised of the appointment of the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and executive
director of the Board of BNPP PF South Africa (“the Board”), being Mrs Mariné van Brakel with effect
from 1 December 2019 (“the effective date”).
Mrs van Brakel has been with the RCS Group for more than 5 years and fulfilled the role of the Deputy
CFO since May 2017, under the guidance of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (“Deputy CEO”) and
the previous CFO, Mr Chris de Wit. Mrs van Brakel has assumed the role of the CFO, from the effective
date, whilst Mr de Wit focuses on initiatives to drive the future strategic development of the group as
it embarks on an exciting future growth strategy, in his capacity as Deputy CEO and executive director
on the Board.
The issuer wishes Mrs van Brakel and Mr de Wit success in their new roles.
