Limited (acting through its Corporate and Investment Banking
Division), issued under its Structured Note Programme, has been
amended for a manifest error as follows:


Under the description of the Reference Obligation in paragraph
54(c), the Issuer of the Reference Obligation has been deleted
and amended to “Anglo American Capital PLC”; “Anglo American
PLC” has been inserted as the Guarantor; and the financial
information of the Guarantor/Issuer of the Reference Obligation
in paragraph 54(d) has been deleted and amended        to “The
financial information of the Guarantor will be available on the
Guarantor’s   website   www.angloamerican.com/investors/annual-
reporting. As of 4 November 2019 the aforementioned information
can be obtained from the aforementioned website.”

in the Applicable Pricing Supplement. These amendments are
effective 7 November 2019.
The remainder of the terms of the Applicable Pricing Supplement
remain unchanged.
