UPDATE ON IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGY AND OUTLOOK


The company has continued to sell listed investments, including those strategically held, to be positioned to reinvest the
proceeds in direct properties and developments, and is in advanced discussions regarding potential acquisitions. As the
company’s outlook as communicated in its results announcement released on 14 November 2016 is unchanged, there is no
requirement for shareholders to exercise caution and this announcement is for information only.

Rockcastle has its primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the Main Board
of the JSE Limited.
