NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Dipula’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 August 2016, was dispatched to shareholders today, 23 December 2016 and contains no changes
from the reviewed provisional condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 August 2016 which were
released on SENS on 9 November 2016.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting which will be held at Dipula’s offices at
Block B Dunkeld Park, 6 North Road, Dunkeld West on Thursday, 16 February 2017 at 12:00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
7 February 2017 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 10 February 2017.
The integrated annual report is also available on the Company’s website – www.dipula.co.za.
