with regard to the possible distribution by the STANLIB Exchange
Traded Fund (“ETF”) to holders of the above securities for the
quarter ending 30 June 2015.

Last day to trade "cum" distribution Friday, 19 June 2015
Securities trade "ex" distribution   Monday, 22 June 2015
Record date                          Friday, 26 June 2015

No dematerialization or rematerialisation may take place between
Monday, 22 June 2015 and Friday, 26 June 2015, both days inclusive.

Declaration of the amount to be distributed, if any, and the
payment date will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days after
the   record   date.
