MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT WESIZWE PLATINUM                                          
Shareholders are referred to the announcement on 5 May 2011 pertaining to the   
pending appointment of Mr Wenliang (Michael) Ma as the Company`s Financial      
Director. Mr Ma has successfully obtained his work permit and the Board of      
Directors (the Board) has confirmed his appointment with immediate effect. Mr   
Ma replaces Mr Jacques de Wet who has agreed to remain with the Company in an   
advisory capacity.                                                              
The Board further announces that Mr Mlibo Mgudlwa, the Corporate Affairs        
Executive Director, has decided to pursue other opportunities and has           
resigned as an Executive Director with effect from 15 August 2011. Mr Mgudlwa   
will remain a Non-Executive Director on the Wesizwe Platinum Board.             
The Board would like to thank Mr Mgudlwa for his valued contributions and       
looks forward to his continued guidance.
