POSTING OF CIRCULAR TO PREFERENCE SHAREHOLDERS                                  
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 23 September  
2009 and published in the press on 24 September 2009 relating to the conversion,
at the election of Mvela Group preference shareholders, of all or part of their 
preference shares into ordinary shares in Mvela Group.                          
Shareholders are advised that a circular containing a conversion notice and     
form of surrender (in the case of certificated preference shareholders) was     
posted to shareholders today, being Friday, 23 October 2009.
