Audited results                                                                 
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual report for the year ended 30 
June 2008 ("the annual report") containing the Company`s audited annual         
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2008 was posted to shareholders 
on 17 October 2008.  The Company will not publish an abridged report, as the    
audited results for the year ended 30 June 2008 contained in the annual report  
do not differ from the reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2008 which   
were released on SENS on 28 August 2008 and published in the press on 29 August 
2008.                                                                           
The audited results of the Company referred to above were audited by the        
Company`s auditors, PKF (Jhb) Inc. and their unqualified report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.                                  
Notice of the annual general meeting                                            
The Company`s annual general meeting of shareholders will be held in the        
boardroom at Mvelaphanda House, Hunts End, 36 Wierda Road West, Wierda Valley,  
Sandton on Monday, 10 November 2008 at 11h00 to transact the business set out in
the notice of the annual general meeting contained in the annual report.
