AMENDMENT TO MANAGEMENT OF POLITICALLY EXPOSED PERSONS ("PEPs") POLICY

In accordance with paragraph 7.11 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised that DBSA has amended its Management of Politically Exposed Persons ("PEPS") Policy
as follows:
  -   The policy is now known as the "Management of Politically Exposed Persons ("PEPS") and Prominent Influential
      Persons ("PIPS") Policy",
  -   The definition of "Domestic PEPs", "Foreign PEPs" and "PIPs" have been amended as per Schedule 3 of FICA; and
  -   A new paragraph 3, "Status of PEPs/PIPs", has been included.


The amended Management of Politically Exposed Persons ("PEPS") and Prominent Influential Persons ("PIPS") Policy
can be accessed on the DBSA's website at https://www.dbsa.org/about-us/governance.
