Investors are advised that 1 631 Actively Managed Certificates ("AMC") of ABAM1 will be delisted on the JSE with effect
from 19 May 2025. Following the delisting there will be 545,888 AMCs in issue for ABAM1.

The Notes will be cleared and settled through the Central Securities Depositary, Strate Proprietary Limited.
