CHANGE TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEE


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Mr Stewart Shaw-Taylor, who is due to retire from
the board of directors by rotation at the Company's next annual general meeting, to be held on
14 November 2024, has advised the Company that he will not make himself available for re-
election. Mr Shaw-Taylor will also be retiring from Attacq's investment committee.

Following Mr Shaw-Taylor's retirement, the board will be constituted as follows:

 Chief Financial Officer                          Mr Raj Nana

The board thanks Mr Shaw-Taylor for his valuable contribution to the Company over the years and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
