Notification of Director Changes

In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements and Section 65(2) of the
Companies Act, the Board of Directors of Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited hereby informs noteholders of
the resignation of Co-Chief Executive Officer of Mercedes-Benz South Africa and Executive Director Mercedes-
Benz Cars ("MBC"), Mark Raine, effective 31 August 2024. Mr. Raine will be taking up an opportunity to
oversee the responsibility for Direct Sales, Omni-Channel Commerce & Data Management, in Stuttgart,
Germany, effective 1 September 2024.

Mr. Claudius Steinhoff will be taking over the role Co-Chief Executive Officer of Mercedes-Benz South Africa
and Head of Marketing & Sales MBC South Africa, effective 1 September 2024. The appointment was made
pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the Issuer.

The Board wishes Mr. Raine all the best in his future endeavours and Mr. Steinhoff success in his new role.
