Primary Health Properties PLC, one of the UK's leading investors in modern primary healthcare
facilities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Bandhana (Bina) Rawal as an independent
Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 27 February 2024.

Bina is a medical professional with 25 years' senior executive experience in healthcare, including with
blue chip pharmaceutical companies such as Roche and global research funding charity Wellcome
Trust. She is currently Senior Independent Director at Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC, a FTSE 250-
listed investment trust specialising in healthcare and life sciences companies where she is board lead
for ESG and chairs the nominations committee. She is also a non-executive director of Central London
Community Healthcare NHS Trust.

Bina has a wide breadth of experience spanning patient care, digital and population health, ESG,
strategy, partnerships, risk management and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), alongside extensive
networks in UK healthcare through her senior level executive and non-executive roles to date in large,
complex organisations within the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

The Company's Board now comprises seven directors, with a majority of independent non-executive
directors.

There are no other details to disclose under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of the appointment of Dr Bina
Rawal.
