CHANGES TO STADIO GROUP LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVE 31 DECEMBER 2023

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Ms Samara
Totaram (“Samara”) will be stepping down as chief financial officer and executive director of
STADIO Group on 31 December 2023, as she plans to take a career break.

The Board wishes to thank Samara for the meaningful role that she has played over the past
seven years in establishing the solid foundation on which the STADIO Group is built today.

The Board is in the process of finding a suitable replacement for Samara and will inform
shareholders once this appointment has been made. Samara will be available to assist the
Board in the transition period, following 31 December 2023, as needed.
