CHANGE TO THE BOARD AND TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of
paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, of the following
changes to the JSE Board ("Board").

Dr MA Matooane will complete her term of service as an independent
non-executive director of the JSE and will retire from the Board at
the annual general meeting to be held on 9 May 2023. The Board
extends its appreciation to Dr Matooane for her contribution to the
affairs of the JSE over the past ten years.

Ms FN Khanyile has been appointed as a member of the Group
Remuneration Committee of the Board, effective 10 March 2023. She
will step down as a member of the Group SRO Oversight Committee from
that date. As an independent non-executive director of the JSE,
Ms Khanyile will continue to serve on the Group Audit, Group
Sustainability and Group Investment Committees of the Board.
