RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 9 September 2022 in
which they were advised that, the ASBI ex-SA portfolio is under consideration by the issuer for
repurposing.


Shareholders are advised that the abovementioned transaction is still in process, however ASBI is
currently under suspension from trading.


Shareholders will be advised of any changes regarding ABSI accordingly
