REDEMPTION OF ASN401 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT – Late announcement

In terms of paragraphs 27(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 09 December 2021
was greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption
and termination.

Accordingly, the ASN401 note has been immediately suspended from trading today, Thursday, 20 January 2022. The
payment was effected on the 24th of December 2021 as per the terms on conditions of ASN401. The payment on
Wednesday, 26 January 2022 will be free of value. ASN401 will redeem and automatically terminate with effect from
Thursday, 27 January 2022.
